• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the smooth progress of work.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of construction.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that all work meets design specifications and codes.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently.Profile
  • Proven experience as a superintendent in luxury residential construction, with a portfolio of high-end homes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage multiple trades and personnel effectively.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and luxury finishes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
