Job Description:

A company is looking for a Stars Quality Specialist in New York.

Key Responsibilities

Impact Stars measures through medication adherence and quality improvement efforts
Review and audit charts for accurate documentation and identify performance improvement opportunities
Engage in telephonic outreach with members, providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues

Qualifications, Training, and Education

Understanding of the Medicare Star ratings program
Experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with electronic health record systems
Bachelor's degree preferred; completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
