Progressive Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) Job Description
Highly skilled and compassionate RNs are sought to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, a 488-bed facility, is a leading healthcare provider in Miami-Dade County, offering a wide range of medical specialties, including emergency care, heart and vascular care, and maternity and neonatal care.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers
  
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
  
• Manage efficient patient flow, including screening and assessments
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and medication instructions
  
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
    
  • Current State of Florida Registered RN License or recognized Compact Licensure
    
  • Current BLS & ACLS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    
  • Advanced certifications (i.e. CEN, TNCC, etc.) preferred
    
  • One or more years of experience as an Acute Care RN
