Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, People Business Partner to
support their Sales and Marketing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate deeply within the organization to understand go-to-market
operations
Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business results through
strategic people initiatives
Implement cross-functional projects and mentor other Business
Partners and Generalists
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field
10+ years of Human Resources experience, including supporting
executives
Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate
complexity
Knowledge in business acuity, relationship building, and
organizational change
Prior acquisition and integration experience is desired
